Production Worker - Setup Technician (M/F)

Our company is a traditional manufacturer of packaging materials made from polystyrene, wood, and recycled polystyrene. We are looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team who will participate in the maintenance and repair of production equipment. What your work will include: - operation and setup of production machinery, particularly planers - manufacturing and assembly of wooden spacers and pallets - quality control of finished products - material and product handling - recording completed work in reports - collaboration on improving production processes What we expect from you: - education in a technical or woodworking field (vocational/secondary school) - experience in woodworking is a plus - manual dexterity and attention to detail - ability to work in a multi-shift operation - responsible approach and compliance with safety regulations What we offer you: - stable employment in an established company - 5 weeks of vacation - sick day - meal voucher allowance - internal training system - pension insurance contribution Thank you for your interest in our company and we look forward to working with you!
