7th salary grade (24,570 - 34,970), guaranteed salary for this job category 31,360,- Kč. Compensation according to Regulation 341/2017 Coll., with possibility of personal evaluation recognition after training period. Professional Competence - Meeting the qualification requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services as amended (if this condition is not met, the organization's director will require its completion within 12 months from the start of employment in accordance with the above-mentioned act, and the job description will include a provision that these activities are performed under professional supervision). - Continuing education of social services workers (§ 116, para. 9 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services, as amended) Required General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - User knowledge of PC operation (MS Office, internet) - Communication skills in relation to the target group (conducting conversations with service users) Required Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Basic knowledge of legislation regarding provision of social services (Social Services Quality Standards) - Ability to provide first aid and motivate service users - Skills: application of methodological procedures in practice, risk management, conflict resolution Personal Attributes - Respect for human rights, freedoms and dignity; Empathy; Self-control; Responsibility; Decisiveness; Thoroughness; Stress and high-pressure resilience; Ability to individually support service users in meeting their needs; Respect for supervisors; Perseverance; Loyalty; Flexibility; Teamwork capability; Loyalty We Require: - Experience in social services advantageous - Clean criminal record - Resumes with the selection process reference and work experience overview to be sent by email to: [email protected] - Based on submitted materials, suitable candidates will be invited to the selection process
