Job Position Description: - direct work with Personal Assistance service users in their home environment - care for seniors and people with health disabilities (mobile, limited mobility, immobile) in ČB and surrounding areas - assistance with dressing, undressing, meal preparation, personal hygiene, walks, accompaniment, various user activities Work Location: - home and natural social environment of service users in České Budějovice and surrounding areas Requirements: - minimum education level: basic education; advantage is a retraining course for Social Services Worker (can be completed during employment) - partial knowledge of senior issues and issues concerning persons with all types of health disabilities - flexibility, communication skills, patience, empathy, responsibility, reliability - physical and mental fitness - ability to work in a team - independence - Group B driver's license a must!!! - criminal clearance We Offer: - meaningful full-time work (40 h/week) - fixed-term contract with possibility of extension - flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, weekend service 1x per 14 days) - 25 days vacation - 2 days of sick leave - company phone - work in a good team - starting salary 25,700 Kč, personal compensation after onboarding, possibility of additional bonuses - support for personal growth and further education Start Date: by agreement If you are interested in this offer and meet the requirements, please send a structured CV by email to the HR department at [email protected].
