We are seeking a social services worker (M/F) on a full-time basis for our supported housing program. Where will you work? In apartments in regular residential areas in Háj u Duchcova and Osek – not an institution, but a real home for our clients. Work Schedule Shifts according to schedule – 11 hours (7:00–19:00). Start date: You can start right away, but we're happy to wait for the right person. What will you do? • support clients in their daily life at home, • help with shopping, accompany them to doctors, offices, or on outings, • spend time with clients according to their interests, • participate in individual planning, • be their support, partner, and guide. Who are we looking for? • a positive, calm, and responsible person, • someone who can work independently but values teamwork, • a fair partner for clients and colleagues, • someone who appreciates working with people with intellectual disabilities, • at least a vocational certificate • work experience in the field is a major advantage • driver's license category B – active driver (required) Why work with us?
