What will your main responsibilities be? • Facility Operations (12-hour shifts day/night): Admitting clients to the night shelter or shelter home, monitoring compliance with house rules, and ensuring safe facility operations. • Direct Client Support: Motivating clients to maintain cleanliness, assisting with training in everyday activities, and helping develop their skills. • Administration and Support: Maintaining shift documentation, communicating information within the team, and providing basic social counseling under the supervision of a social worker. • Crisis Management: Ability to stay calm when things don't go as planned, and to resolve any conflicts sensitively yet firmly. What do we expect from you? • Education: Minimum secondary education (advantageous to have completed the Social Services Worker Course pursuant to Act No. 108/2006 Coll. If you don't have it, we're happy to help you complete it). • Personal qualities: High degree of empathy, patience and human approach, but also healthy assertiveness and ability to set boundaries. • Reliability: Responsibility, ability to work independently (during night shifts) and as part of a team. • Clean criminal record and health fitness.
