What will your main responsibilities be? • Facility Operations (12-hour day/night shifts): Receiving clients at the night shelter or shelter home, monitoring compliance with house rules, and ensuring safe facility operations. • Direct Client Support: Motivating clients to maintain cleanliness, assisting with training in daily activities and skill development. • Administration and Support: Maintaining shift documentation, sharing information within the team, and providing basic social counseling under the supervision of a social worker. • Crisis Management: Ability to stay calm when things don't go according to plan and resolve potential conflicts sensitively but firmly. What do we expect from you? • Education: Minimum secondary education (advantageous: completed Social Services Worker Course per Act No. 108/2006 Coll. If you don't have it, we're happy to help you complete it). • Personal Qualities: High level of empathy, patience, and human approach, but also healthy assertiveness and ability to set boundaries. • Reliability: Responsibility, ability to work independently (during night shifts) and as part of a team. • Clean criminal record and health fitness.
