Our services are designed for people with disabilities and seniors who need assistance with basic living needs and household management. We provide registered social services: - Care services - Day care center - Respite care services - Personal assistance Service Provision Locations: We primarily provide services in clients' homes and also in our facilities (day care center, respite residential service). ________________________________________ Social Services Worker - Job Duties - Basic Care: Assistance with managing routine care tasks (e.g., help with dressing, transfers from bed to wheelchair, support with walking). - Personal Hygiene: Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, hair and nail care, toilet assistance). - Nutrition: Help and support with providing food and beverages. - Household Management: Assistance with household management (e.g., shopping, laundry, ironing, cleaning). - Accompaniment and Social Engagement: Facilitating contact with the community, accompanying clients (e.g., to offices, doctors, on walks). - Documentation: Maintaining relevant care documentation (records of tasks performed). - Training: Participation in mandatory training courses for social services workers. ________________________________________ Requirements for Applicants: - Professional qualifications according to § 116 of Law No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services - advantageous: (e.g., completion of an accredited Social Services Worker training course, secondary health school, or secondary vocational education with diploma/apprenticeship certificate in a social/healthcare field). - Clean criminal record (Documented by extract from Criminal Register). - Personal qualities: Reliability, independence, empathy, responsibility, and patience. - Communication skills with the target group of seniors and people with disabilities. Advantages (not required): - Previous experience in social services. - Group B driver's license.
