Your responsibilities: o Management and minor maintenance of buildings. o Minor repairs and construction work. o Garden and outdoor space maintenance. o Ensuring order and cleanliness in the company premises. What we expect from you? o Manual dexterity and practical thinking. o Reliability and commitment to keeping things in order. o Previous experience with maintenance or trades is a great advantage. o Driver's license category B What we offer: o Part-time position: 20 hours per week (suitable for active retirees, parents, or as stable additional income). o Free weekends: Work during the week only. o Background: Stable Czech company with over 35 years of history.
