- communication skills and independence,
- a clean criminal record,
- education in social work, pedagogy or healthcare, or experience with senior activation programs is an advantage; basic education is sufficient, but in case of long-term cooperation, completion of the Social Services Worker Course is mandatory,
- driver's license category B - active driver
- mandatory vaccination against viral hepatitis B according to Regulation No. 537/2006 Coll.

Job responsibilities:
- preparing and conducting group and individual activation programs for seniors
- exercising memory, attention and other cognitive functions
- leading creative activities (handicrafts, art and work activities),
- assistance with hygiene, serving meals, accompanying clients
- transporting and picking up clients using the company personal vehicle
- maintaining simple documentation of the course of activation activities
