What will your job responsibilities include? - Providing direct care assistance to clients - Assisting with daily personal care tasks (hygiene, dressing, mobility) - Support with meals and feeding - Maintaining care records - Collaboration on individual planning Work operates on a continuous schedule (day shift 7:00-19:00, night shift 19:00-7:00) What qualifications should you have? - Employer requires a criminal record clearance and health certification - Minimum age 18, legal capacity - Course for social services workers is an advantage - Basic computer skills (care documentation) Personal qualities: - Empathetic, kind, and patient approach - Responsibility, reliability, loyalty - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn new things and further your education Prior experience in the field is welcomed.
