Job Description: Member of a small work team responsible for comprehensive care of all assigned property (e.g., primary schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, theater, library, and others) owned by the city of Jablonec nad Nisou (administrative and technical activities). Managing the implementation of construction, repairs, and emergency remediation on city property. Ensuring project preparation for planned capital investment projects, developing proposals and concepts for city investment projects, monitoring budget utilization, and providing investor engineering support. Monitoring contract compliance, work quality and volume, approving financial quotes and invoices (for completed work), submitting materials for city council and municipal assembly meetings, and collaborating on public procurement documentation. Continuous archival and records destruction procedures. Developing maintenance plans for assigned facilities. Ensuring communication outside standard working hours.
