Job Responsibilities: - Direct care services for individuals with autism, - Work hours: continuous operations (primarily afternoon and night shifts). Requirements: - Clean criminal record, medical fitness, - Communicativeness, flexibility, stress resilience, independence, and responsibility. Advantages: - Professional qualifications for social services work (certification per Act No. 108/2006 Coll.), - Experience working with individuals with autism, - Basic knowledge of social issues, - Hepatitis B vaccination, - Driver's license category B - active driver. Fixed-term employment contract; after training and evaluation of collaboration, it can be extended to an indefinite contract.
