CONTACT: BY EMAIL This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM), continuous operations. The role involves direct care for clients with disabilities and systematic support in developing personal, work-related, communication, and social skills. We require a clean criminal record, teamwork ability, independent decision-making, excellent communication skills, professionalism with a human touch, and the ability to respond promptly to users' current needs. We are looking for a person with organizational talent, creative and flexible thinking, who can handle crisis situations, is responsible, careful and reliable, demonstrates a high level of personal maturity, and is willing to pursue further education. Time flexibility and an active approach to work are also important prerequisites. Benefits: 6 weeks vacation, after completing a four-month probationary period, personal compensation up to 7,000 Kč.
