What awaits you:
- providing direct care to clients with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia
- assistance with routine daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, patient transfers, changing incontinence aids, and accompanying clients to doctors
- supporting client independence and helping maintain their regular habits
- communicating with clients and listening to their needs
- collaboration with care team colleagues and medical personnel
- creating a safe, calm, and pleasant environment
- maintaining records of care provided
- twelve-hour shifts, day and night, short and long weeks
What we expect from you:
- a friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to clients
- respect for seniors, their life stories, and their individual needs
- reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work as part of a team
- good physical condition
- clean criminal record
- experience from similar work is an advantage, not a requirement - we're happy to teach you everything you need
- professional qualification according to law no. 108/2006 Coll. is an advantage; the necessary qualification can be obtained after employment under legal conditions
