Starting gross salary: from 22,970 Kč to 32,590 Kč + personal allowance + special allowances for weekend, holiday, night shifts, etc. Job Responsibilities: - Providing direct care to clients in their home environment. - Assistance with personal care – support with hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility. - Household management – light housework, shopping, laundry care. - Providing accompaniment and assistance according to individual client needs. - Activation activities and supporting clients to achieve maximum independence. - Working with individual client plans and maintaining service records (key worker role). Client care takes place in connected residential buildings where our organization is located; workers do not travel to clients elsewhere. We Require: - Full legal capacity. - Clean criminal record (criminal record check no older than 3 months – after interview confirmation). - Medical fitness including vaccination against Hepatitis B no later than start date. - Professional qualifications (according to § 116 para. 5 of the Social Services Act), i.e., completion of an accredited training course, which can be supplemented if needed.
