Contact: Pavla Filáková PhDr. DiS., tel.: 727 977 205, e-mail: [email protected] Pečovatelská služba Hrabyně, a contributory organization, is seeking to expand its team: Social Services Worker – Care Provider / Assistant Employment: Fixed-term position (with possibility of conversion to indefinite term) | Operations: Three-shift rotation, 37.5 hours/week (by agreement), irregular schedule Starting gross salary: Base up to 32,590 Kč + personal allowance + special allowance for weekend, holiday, night shift work, etc. Job Responsibilities: · Providing direct care to clients of care and assistance services in their home environment. · Assisting with personal care tasks – support with hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility. · Managing household operations – light housework, shopping, laundry care. · Providing accompaniment and assistance according to individual client needs. · Conducting activation activities and guiding clients toward maximum independence. · Working with individual client plans and maintaining records of service delivery (key worker role). Client care takes place in interconnected residential buildings where our organization is located; staff do not travel to clients. Requirements: · Full legal capacity. · Clean criminal record (certificate from criminal register not older than 3 months – after interview confirmation). · Health fitness, including vaccination against hepatitis B no later than the start date. · Professional qualifications (per § 116 subsection 5 of the Social Services Act), i.e., completion of an accredited qualification course (may be completed after hire if necessary; not a prerequisite).
