We require: - Willingness to work and learn new things. - Responsible approach and reliability. - Basic PC skills. - Clean criminal record and age over 18. - Knowledge of Czech language, both spoken and written. - Experience in security is not required. - Professional qualification as a guard - we provide individual training during employee onboarding. We offer: - Part-time contracts (DPČ/DPP/HPP) - Long-term cooperation with regular salary. - Bonuses and incentive compensation based on individual performance evaluation. - Recruitment bonus of 6000 Kč after probation period and achievement of specified goals. - Option for weekly salary advances. - Career growth (site manager, security manager) - Flexible and responsive shift scheduling. Base salary from 23,000 Kč/month + allowances, bonuses, and regular salary advances. Part-time work available and negotiable. Start date IMMEDIATE.
