Description:

Challenging work involving direct contact with clients experiencing physical and mental difficulties, including shopping, laundry care, and facilitating movement activities for clients. Guiding clients toward independence, skill development, and enhancement of their personal capabilities in self-care while supporting them in achieving their personal goals. Providing support in establishing, deepening, and reinforcing basic hygiene and work habits. Collaborating on strengthening clients' social and community connections (basic educational non-pedagogical activities). Monitoring client needs and maintaining individual records of social service progress (key social services worker role). Resolving matters related to the provided service and potentially facilitating contact between clients and competent professionals. Completion of a training course for social services workers is advantageous. 6 weeks vacation, 2 sick days.
