Workplace Description The projects will be carried out within the research group Cell, Tissue and Organ Engineering, led by Dr. Paul Bourgine. Bone tissue is a complex organ that provides the body with structural and mechanical support, but also serves as our most important hematopoietic center where blood formation occurs. Bone tissue formation occurs through several different stages, including the development of cartilage, blood vessels, bone, and bone marrow. The Bourgine lab's goal is to build knowledge specifically about these processes in humans to enable the development of innovative regenerative therapies. Within the research group, we value a good work environment with respect and care in our relationships with one another. We continuously work to create conditions for work satisfaction, development, and participation for all employees. We are now seeking a postdoctoral researcher for a fixed-term full-time position with a start date of 2026-09-15 or by agreement.
