I am a 41-year-old woman who enjoys music, animals, and exciting activities with action and flair happening around me. I am looking for someone with previous experience in personal assistance/care and support work who is non-smoking. You need to be responsible, calm, empathetic, compassionate, and thorough. Good collaboration skills, attentiveness, and initiative-taking are important. You are welcome to have interest/knowledge of alternative communication via iPad, as it is used. It is very important that as a person you have the ability to separate work and private life. I am currently looking for a female assistant to join my team. Working hours are flexible, which means shifts during both daytime and evening hours, as well as 1–2 weekend shifts per month. Initially, the position will involve hours as needed, as the introduction period with me involves several shifts so we can get to know each other properly and see that we work well together (2–3 weeks). If we feel after that we are a good match, you will be offered work for the rest of the summer between July and August at approximately 75%, plus hours as needed for sick leave coverage. For the fall, there are good chances for a fixed schedule at 80–85%.
