Positive Woman Seeking Experienced Assistant - 50%

I am a 41-year-old woman who loves music, animals, and dynamic activities with excitement and energy. I am looking for someone with previous experience in assistance/care and support work who is a non-smoker. You need to be responsible, calm, empathetic, compassionate, and thorough. Good collaboration skills, attentiveness, and initiative are important. You are welcome to have interest/knowledge in alternative communication via iPad as it is used. Before you start working with me, you will receive a thorough introduction lasting approximately two weeks. The purpose is for us to get to know each other properly and for you to gain a good understanding of my needs, routines, and how we work together in everyday life. The position is 50% and involves you working two full days per week on weekdays with me at my day center. Additionally, you work every other Saturday at my home. We work as a team and help each other, so we would like you to be flexible and able to cover for regular staff when needed. I am looking for a female assistant who wants to stay for a longer period and become a trusted part of my team. For us to get along and work well together, I see that you meet the following requirements and preferences: You have experience and good knowledge of PEG, transfers, and lifting. You are physically strong and have good ability to work in an active and sometimes physically demanding role. You see the position as a long-term assignment and have the ability to plan your day so that, when the operation requires it, you can be flexible and if needed work extra to cover for colleagues' absences. You contribute to a positive work environment through good collaboration and professional conduct in your work.
