Poseidon seeks a substitute rental agent

Are you great at providing excellent service and handling administration? We're looking for a substitute rental agent! One of our skilled rental agents will be working on other tasks within the company for a period of time, and we therefore need to hire a temporary substitute for our rental agent team at Olskrokstorget during the fall. You will support tenants through the rental process and become the first important contact many have with Poseidon. Poseidon is on an important journey with the city of Gothenburg – among other things by producing new beautiful rental apartments, which creates new opportunities for housing and moving chains across the city. This is where you come in, as the first contact many new tenants have with Poseidon. You will be part of a team that initially guides and supports tenants through the rental process, and contributes to a successful move-in. You will support our existing tenants with questions about rental matters, such as subletting, relocations, or contract takeovers. You will also work with relocations related to property renovations. The work involves close collaboration with our five districts. Others you work with include Boplats Göteborg and our sister companies within the Framtiden group. Here you become an important part of the team with reliable and proactive colleagues who work together as one. Proactive, attentive, and organized We're looking for someone who is proactive and outgoing, and who enjoys guiding people and providing excellent service. You collaborate easily, are attentive and clear in your communication, and enjoy working independently. A prerequisite is that you enjoy administrative work. It is meritorious if you have experience from the real estate industry, preferably as a rental agent, and some knowledge of rental law. Terms The position of rental agent is an 11-month temporary contract starting in the fall with the possibility of extension.
