Are you the manager for Future's Payroll Center?
Future's Payroll Center offers a shared payroll service for the companies in the Future Group as well as the Higab Group. We are now looking for a confident and experienced leader and colleague who wants to drive, lead, optimize, and develop payroll administration work in a continued positive direction.
To optimize and secure payroll administration management in the Future Group, the companies formed a shared payroll center in 2020. Along the way, the Higab Group also joined our payroll service. Currently, Future's Payroll Center handles payroll administration for approximately 1,700 employees.
As our payroll center manager is now moving on to new challenges, we are looking for you to take over and lead the work forward. Together with 6 competent colleagues, you will lead and develop the operations with the goal of delivering an efficient and quality-assured payroll process and a good user experience for both employees and managers in our group.
Future's Payroll Center organizationally belongs to Poseidon and operates in Poseidon's offices in Angered Center. The governance and management of the payroll center's operations is handled by the group-wide HR Council.
In your role as manager of Future's Payroll Center, your responsibilities include:
Lead ongoing payroll administration work
Lead and develop the payroll center staff
Lead and drive development and digitalization of payroll administration processes
Maintain close dialogue and collaborate with HR and finance functions at the companies
Participate in group-wide HR collaboration
Confident and experienced leader
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with comprehensive knowledge of the payroll process and several years of experience in similar roles. You have solid experience and understanding of payroll systems and experience working in Shared Service Centers/payroll centers with multiple clients or companies. We would appreciate if you have been involved in driving change initiatives and process improvements such as implementing new working methods and system support for payroll in a larger organization. You have an academic degree in HR or finance, or equivalent competence acquired through education and experience.

As a person, you approach tasks in a structured and methodical way and have the ability to engage your colleagues with focus on the goal. You understand your customers' needs and can communicate in a way that facilitates development and improvement work with those affected.
