Kitchen Assistant - Food Service Position

Initial contact via email or phone. We are looking for a colleague for our food service facility in Brno. The facility is part of the Professional Training Department Brno. We train and educate firefighters across the entire republic and are part of the Czech Fire Rescue Service (HZS ČR). If you would like to care for our resident firefighters, contact us—we would be happy to welcome you to our team. We work weekdays Monday-Thursday: morning shift: 05:00-13:15 and afternoon shift: 10:30-19:00. On Fridays we only work the morning shift. We require completed vocational training with a certificate; it does not need to be directly in the culinary field. A health certificate is not required. The position involves preparing soups, side dishes, breakfasts, salads, and other tasks related to food production and service. Washing dishes and kitchen equipment, including cleaning the food service facility. This is a salary grade 5 position, which we supplement with personal compensation after the probationary period.
