Job Responsibilities: • Planting, transplanting, and caring for plants. • Packing and preparing plants for shipment, picking and preparing orders. Delivering plants to customers. • Maintaining green spaces and mowing grass in the company premises and at partner locations. • Auxiliary construction work for building and renovating new company facilities (fence installation, concrete post pouring, site preparation, material handling, etc.) Employee Requirements: • Good physical condition and health status (suitable for manual outdoor work and lifting heavy loads). • Reliability, manual dexterity, and independence in task completion. • Willingness to learn new skills. What We Offer: • Professional Development: We cover the cost of a forklift (VZV) license, and if interested, we also cover the cost of extending your driver's license to category B96 or B+E (for driving with a heavier trailer). • Work Environment: Diverse and varied work in a growing family-run horticultural business, working in the fresh air. • Contract: Full-time employment (HPP) for a fixed term of 1 year with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term. Working Hours and Salary: • Working Hours: Fixed working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Occasional weekend work during peak season (maximum 10 weekends per year, compensated with time off or a bonus). • Salary: Starting salary 28,000 Kč gross; after successful completion of probation and 3 months, increased to 30,000 Kč gross.
