About You
We're looking for someone who is self-driven, takes initiative, and is comfortable taking full responsibility for driving your work forward. You don't wait for someone else to tell you what needs to be done; instead, you identify the next steps yourself, take on problems, and actively work to find efficient solutions.
You are results-oriented and motivated by reaching set goals, creating good transport solutions, and delivering a high level of service to customers. The role involves a fast pace and rapid changes, which requires you to be able to prioritize, make your own decisions, and maintain structure even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
At the same time, you have many points of contact and therefore need to be communicative and have a talent for collaborating with customers, suppliers, drivers, and colleagues. You're happy to contribute to the team, but are confident in independently managing and driving your own tasks.
Required Competencies:
- Experience with service, order handling, planning, and administration
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, system experience, and general IT competence
- Fluent Polish and English in speech and writing; strong Swedish language skills are a merit
