At our office in Landskrona, we are now looking for a Polish-speaking traffic coordinator who wants to become an important part of the team responsible for transports between Poland and Sweden. You will be part of a close-knit team of five people where you support each other in daily work. The role is characterized by close collaboration, quick decisions, and a work day where no two days are the same. Here you get a varied role where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on transports while having daily contact with customers, drivers, and transport partners. This position is a consulting assignment via PerformIQ where you will be employed by us and work as a consultant at DSV. As a Traffic Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable transport flows between Poland and Sweden. You work closely with both customers and carriers to ensure that transports are carried out as planned. Your responsibilities include: • Plan, book, and coordinate transports between Poland and Sweden. • Have daily contact with drivers, customers, and transport partners, primarily in Polish. • Follow up on transports and handle any deviations. • Resolve unforeseen situations and find efficient transport solutions. • Ensure high service and clear communication throughout the transport chain. • Work administratively in DSV's transport system. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who enjoys having many points of contact and is motivated by finding solutions when the pace is high. You are structured, communicative, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when multiple things happen at once. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • Fluent knowledge of Polish, both spoken and written. • Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written. • Good computer skills. It is advantageous if you: • Have experience from the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding industry. • Have worked as a traffic coordinator, transport planner, or in a similar role.
