Police Officer

Requirements: Must be of legal age, have a clean criminal record, be in good health, possess a complete secondary education with a maturita diploma or higher, and hold Czech citizenship. A Category B driver's license is not required for hiring. Start date is possible after meeting legal requirements, always on the first day of the following month. Within service, there is an opportunity to obtain a driver's license for categories A through D. RECRUITMENT BONUS OF 150,000 Kč. Employee benefits: standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week; 6 weeks of vacation; regular medical care; contributions to pension and life insurance; contributions for cultural or other events from the cultural and social needs fund; after fifteen years of service, entitlement to a lifelong service pension supplement and a wellness stay of 14 calendar days per year, in addition to vacation; police officers are also provided with free psychological care and access to an anonymous Crisis Helpline.
