Hotel Housekeeper / Cleaner (m/f)

Starting: 12.8.2026 Job Responsibilities o Cleaning hotel rooms after guest checkout and during their stay o Changing bed linens and hotel textiles, replenishing hygiene supplies o Cleaning and maintaining common areas (hallways, stairs, restrooms, reception) o Linen handling - sorting, preparing for laundry, and storing clean linens o Waste handling and sorting according to operational procedures o Operating cleaning equipment and working with cleaning products following established procedures o Reporting damages and faulty equipment to a supervisor o Handling items left behind by guests according to internal policies Candidate Requirements o Reliability, attention to detail, and sense of order o Good health status suitable for physically demanding work o Discretion and trustworthiness when moving through guest areas o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (training provided by employer) o Prior professional experience or formal training in the field is not required - on-the-job training will be provided Employee Benefits o Free meals during shifts o Work uniforms and protective equipment provided o Shifts scheduled in advance with possibility for individual arrangements o Training and stable support from an established hotel operation
