Your responsibilities will include comprehensive care of guest rooms. Changing bed linens and towels. Replenishing hygiene supplies. General, ongoing, turnover, and final cleaning. Cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure guest comfort. Benefits: We are pleased to offer you: *Modern work environment and stable employment in a spa hotel in the center of the city. *Primary employment contract for the first year on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term. We also accept temporary workers. *Unevenly distributed working hours (work on weekends and holidays, one early morning shift of 8 hours, minimum 1 weekend per month off). *We offer an entry-level gross basic salary of 25,000 Kč monthly. You are entitled to all statutory bonuses with your salary. After the probation period, you will receive personal compensation of up to 2,000 Kč monthly. We also pay performance bonuses, extraordinary bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the probation period, you will earn 27,000 - 28,000 Kč net. We increase salaries every year in accordance with the collective agreement. *After the probation period, you are entitled to additional benefits: retirement savings contribution (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč monthly), meals in the hotel staff cafeteria currently for 10 Kč per dish, accommodation options and access to spa procedures at discounted employee prices in the hotel limited to 12,000 Kč per year, free entry to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee prices (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational programs (foreign languages, professional development, knowledge expansion, work support), discounted access to selected cultural, social, and sporting events, parking options in hotel garages at discounted prices. *Start date available immediately or by agreement. *We are also looking for temporary workers interested in temporary work (155 Kč/hour + statutory bonuses).
