What You'll Be Doing - Customer Communication: Handling inquiries (email, chat, phone). - Expert Consultation: Helping customers select IT equipment and addressing their needs, including handling complaints. - Content Creation: Preparing product descriptions and managing the e-shop (we use AI to speed up the work). - Marketing Support: Preparing weekly email campaigns by inserting products into ready-made templates. - Administration and Pricing: Preparing price quotes for customers and data for e-shop pricing. - Development Collaboration: Occasional communication with programmers and suppliers. - Operational Tasks: General e-shop maintenance and smooth operations. Knowledge and Skills You Should Have - Active Interest in IT and Hardware Knowledge: You should know what an SSD is, the difference between DDR4 and DDR5, or why someone would choose a specific graphics card. - Digital Literacy and Willingness to Learn: Working with tools like Freelo, Raynet, and AI is part of your daily routine here. If you don't know them today, that's okay—but you must be willing to master them. - Excellent Czech: Flawless spelling and articulate written and verbal communication. - Communication Skills: Ability to explain things clearly to customers and work well with people. - Independence and Attention to Detail: Responsible approach to assigned tasks and processes. It's an Advantage If You Have - Experience with e-shop administration or working with CRM or project management tools. - English language knowledge (B2) for communicating with suppliers. - Practical experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar).
