We are now seeking a Point-of-Care Testing (PNA) Coordinator for the Patient-Proximate Analysis department at Unilabs in Eskilstuna. Your Role as PNA Coordinator The PNA Coordinator role at Unilabs is perfect for you if you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a varied environment where no two days are alike. Our primary mission is to support our customers' point-of-care testing operations in both hospital and outpatient care settings. You will, among other things: Coordinate the PNA support function to maintain good processes and workflows Together with the PNA team, develop processes, procedures, and documentation that form the foundation for quality assurance support in point-of-care operations Provide PNA support on weekdays, during daytime hours, via phone and email Troubleshoot and provide support regarding instruments and methods Perform quality work within PNA operations such as batch control of PNA reagents, external controls, and monitoring of method controls We invest in individual competence development and ensure our employees have broad expertise to handle various tasks. As a member of the PNA team, you will work independently while also being part of a small team collectively responsible for operations. We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed biomedical analyst (or equivalent background) with at least 3 years of work experience Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Is comfortable working with modern IT solutions, including both software and instrumentation About Us In the Patient-Proximate Analysis department, we are a team of three employees working together with our physicians, IT resources, and other support functions to keep operations running smoothly. We are at the forefront of PNA support, and all our instruments are network-connected. We currently have over 700 network-connected instruments, which allows us to monitor the quality of healthcare's point-of-care analyses. We continuously develop new working methods and have high expertise within our field. The position is located at Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna, where we have a total of approximately 120 employees.
