About the Training and Exercise Platoon
The Training and Exercise Platoon has a central role in the battalion's development, particularly within healthcare. The platoon is responsible for planning and implementing position-specific training and the battalion's development within healthcare.
The platoon consists of various professional categories: civilians, specialist officers, and GSS/K. The platoon is growing and is currently staffed primarily by civilian clinical personnel.
Main Duties
As platoon commander, you are responsible for the platoon's operations, personnel, and development. You lead the platoon's daily work and ensure that training, exercises, and operations are conducted according to established goals.
Your duties include:
Lead training and exercises aimed at the unit's medical and military capabilities.
Manage training and exercise operations.
Responsible for the platoon's personnel, work environment, and development.
Participate in the battalion's planning and development work.
Coordinate operations with other parts of the unit.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Validated officer's degree or specialist officer's degree.
Swedish citizen.
Driver's license, class B.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Good physical fitness according to Swedish Armed Forces requirements.
Personal Qualities

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
MERITORIOUS
Experience as a platoon commander or deputy platoon commander.
Experience from healthcare units or medical operations.
Experience in training and exercise planning.
Experience from national or international operations.
Strong ability to plan, lead, and follow up on operations.
Knowledge of military medical services and healthcare in field environments.
Instructor in healthcare.
Instructor in TCCC Combat Medic Corpsman (CMC).
