About Visit Hökensås The position is organizationally placed in Tidaholm Municipality, Culture and Recreation Administration, but is performed on behalf of a joint steering group from Tidaholm, Habo, and Mullsjö. The work is cross-municipal and based on collaboration with businesses, associations, landowners, authorities, and regional actors. About the Position As operations manager, you are a unifying force in the development of Visit Hökensås. You lead processes for sustainable site development where tourism, natural values, local benefits, and long-term sustainability are balanced. The role is about creating structures, relationships, and working methods that enable actors to develop the area together. Travel and meetings take place in all three municipalities. The position is a permanent employment at 40–50 % with a start date by agreement. You will: Coordinate collaboration between municipalities, landowners, businesses, associations, and authorities. Lead processes for sustainable site development based on nature's and the site's carrying capacity. Prepare situation analyses and identify development opportunities. Initiate, coordinate, and follow up on joint development initiatives. Work with monitoring and indicators, such as visitor flows and local benefits. Create meeting places and processes that strengthen collaboration and long-term relationships. Prepare annual activity plans, budget proposals, and follow-ups. Convene the working group and prepare matters for the steering group. Qualifications You have: University or vocational higher education in a relevant field. Experience in sustainable site development, destination development, community development, or strategic project management. Strong ability to lead processes and create engagement in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Ability to work both strategically and operationally. Driver's license (Category B). Meritorious Experience working in or close to the public sector. Knowledge of sustainable tourism, nature tourism, rural development, or nature conservation issues. Experience in collaboration between the public sector, business, civil society, and authorities. Experience in process management and change work.
