YLAB continues to grow in the residential segment and is now seeking an experienced Site Manager who wants to take responsibility for leading and driving residential projects from start to finish.
The projects are primarily located in:
Södermanland
Östergötland
Närke
Looking ahead, projects in other parts of Sweden may also occur, giving you the opportunity to develop within a broad and varied project portfolio.
Your New Assignment
As a site manager, you will have a central role in production and are responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to schedule, budget, quality, and contract. You will lead supervisors, coordinate subcontractors, and be a key person in communication with the client and project organization.
As a site manager, you are responsible for the entire project and work with:
Leading and developing supervisors and production staff
Ensuring that production follows schedule, quality, and work environment requirements
Planning and monitoring finances, procurement, and resource needs
Coordinating subcontractors and technical disciplines
Conducting building meetings, production meetings, and collaboration forums
Ensuring that contract law, agreements, and contracts are complied with
Maintaining good communication with client, project management, and subcontractors
Working systematically with documentation, self-inspections, and follow-up
You will receive a clear introduction at YLAB's head office in Jönköping and Hultseryd before you enter the projects.

We also see that you bring the following qualifications...
Managed at least three residential projects of your own or equivalent projects as a site manager
Documented experience in residential production
Higher education in construction or equivalent experience
Good understanding of production economics, planning, and management
Experience leading supervisors and coordinating subcontractors
Good computer skills and ability to work in digital systems
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Class B driver's license
