YLAB continues to grow within the residential segment and is now seeking an experienced Site Manager who wants to take responsibility for leading and driving residential projects from start to finish.
The projects are primarily located in:
Södermanland
Östergötland
Närke
Moving forward, projects in other parts of Sweden may also occur, giving you the opportunity to develop within a broad and varied project portfolio.
Your new assignment
As a Site Manager, you will have a central role in production and are responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to schedule, budget, quality, and contract. You will lead supervisors, coordinate subcontractors, and be a key person in dialogue with the customer and project organization.
As Site Manager, you are responsible for the entire project and work with:
Lead and develop supervisors and production personnel
Ensure that production follows schedule, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements
Plan and monitor finances, procurement, and resource needs
Coordinate subcontractors and technical disciplines
Conduct building meetings, production meetings, and collaboration forums
Ensure compliance with contract law, agreements, and contracts
Maintain good communication with customer, project management, and subcontractors
Work systematically with documentation, self-inspections, and follow-up
You will receive a clear introduction at YLAB's headquarters in Jönköping and Hultseryd before you step into the projects.

We also see that you bring the following qualifications with you...
Managed at least three residential projects or equivalent projects as Site Manager
Documented experience in residential production
Higher education in construction or equivalent experience
Good understanding of production economics, planning, and management
Experience leading supervisors and coordinating subcontractors
Good computer skills and ability to work in digital systems
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Category B driver's license
Meritorious
