Your responsibilities
As Site Manager at Skaraverken, you have overall responsibility for operations. You ensure that production runs efficiently, that targets are met, and that the organization develops in the right direction.
You work closely with the business and are a clear leader who brings the organization along in change and improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Lead and monitor daily operations with focus on productivity, quality, and delivery precision
Ensure that operations meet established targets and key performance indicators within production, finance, and work environment
Manage budget and cost responsibility and drive cost-effective measures
Lead and develop employees while ensuring a safe and engaging work environment
Work actively with continuous improvement, structure, and process development in production
Drive projects and participate in decisions regarding investments and development initiatives
Represent the company in external networks and business relationships
The role involves overall responsibility for the facility, where you combine operational presence with long-term development work with a high degree of autonomy. You report to the Group CEO and the position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a strong background in manufacturing and who is currently working in a leadership role, for example as a Production Manager, Site Manager, or similar, and is ready for the next step. You have a good understanding of production and enjoy working close to operations while also having the ability to step back and work systematically toward established goals.
You have experience leading people in a production environment and feel confident taking responsibility for both operations and results, which helps you quickly build trust in the organization. Previous experience with machining is a merit but not required. You are also experienced in working with key performance indicators, monitoring, and budgets. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
As a person, you are confident, clear, and engaging in your leadership. You have natural drive and an unpretentious approach, while also having the ability to build trust and bring the organization along. You appreciate working close to production and are motivated by developing both people and working methods.
