Site Manager – Operations and Maintenance, Gothenburg Would you like to be part of creating safe, pleasant, and sustainable outdoor environments? Peab Operations and Maintenance is part of Peab Construction and our core activities consist of ongoing maintenance of parks and streets, winter road maintenance, external property management, fine grading, flower programs, landscape installations, arborist services, and renovation of parks and playgrounds. We are now looking for a Site Manager based in Gothenburg. About the Role As a Site Manager, you play a central role in our projects and are responsible for leading the work from the estimation phase to finished production. You have overall responsibility for project execution, including: Planning and management of operations and maintenance contracts within streets, parks, and external property management. Personnel responsibility and workplace environment responsibility for your team. Financial responsibility for the project as well as contact with customers and suppliers. Ensuring that we deliver high quality and service to our clients. The work is varied and involves freedom with responsibility. You will be a key person in creating safe and pleasant outdoor environments for Gothenburg's residents. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Relevant education, such as engineer, landscape engineer, or horticultural training, or experience in the industry (at least 5 years as a Site Manager). Experience with operations and maintenance of streets/parks within public administration. Good computer skills and administrative ability. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license. It is highly advantageous if you have a background in property management. Personal Qualities You are a confident leader who engages and motivates your team.
