Site Manager for Peab Construction

We are now recruiting a Site Manager for our local construction operations in the Greater Gothenburg area. With us, you will have a varied work with many interesting projects ongoing and coming up. Responsibilities: Lead, plan, follow up on, and execute assigned production projects Responsibility for budget and forecast for assigned projects Comply with laws, regulations, and Peab's guidelines, decisions, and policies Personnel responsibility Work environment and environmental responsibility Responsibility for final product quality Lead project-related meetings Prepare for and participate in construction meetings Role Description Your Role: The position as site manager with us requires strong leadership that aligns with our values. You have strong production and technical knowledge and are expected to contribute ideas and suggest solutions to the challenges you face. As a site manager, you have significant responsibility for project profitability, and it is therefore important that you enjoy and are energized by working toward set financial goals and have a business mindset in daily work. You continuously work to create conditions for you and your team to achieve good results both financially and in terms of quality. Requirements for the Position: Minimum 3 years of experience as a site manager in the construction industry Several years of experience with earthworks and infrastructure projects Construction/infrastructure technical education or equivalent competence Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills Driver's license category B Merits for the Position: Basic Safety Certification (Bas U) Good knowledge of industry regulations Relevant qualifications such as Contract Law, Contract Administration, and similar.
