Do you want to take full responsibility for ground projects from planning to completion? Nordia is seeking a site manager who creates structure, drives profitability, and leads the team toward results. Nordia is a northern Swedish contractor in construction and infrastructure that works to create value through efficient and sustainable solutions. As a site manager in ground operations, you work in a project-based role where you lead projects across all of Norrbotten. You are responsible for the project from planning to completion with a focus on economy, work environment, quality, and leadership – combining a holistic perspective with presence in production. Key Responsibilities Production planning and daily management with responsibility for creating structure and progress. Responsibility for economy, forecasts, and follow-up in the project. Lead foremen and skilled workers and coordinate subcontractors. Ensure quality, work environment, and schedule throughout the project. You are confident in making decisions and taking responsibility, have good financial understanding, and enjoy working close to the operations where it happens. You build trust through clear communication, create strong collaborations, and bring people along – while maintaining focus on work environment, quality, and delivery. Requirements for the position: Experience as a site manager or supervisor in ground operations, infrastructure, or construction. Good financial understanding and experience with forecasting/follow-up. Good computer skills. Ability to communicate in English in speech and writing. B-category driver's license.
