Beyond its core bearing business, Kullagergrossisten has built a strong position in RC hobby/sport and is today one of the leading players in the Nordic region in this area. The combination of an established industrial business and a strong position in RC creates an interesting platform for continued expansion and for broadening the offering within new, related product areas. This fall, a new e-commerce platform will be launched, and in the first quarter of 2027, operations will move into newly built, modern facilities. With a strong foundation, long experience, and several important initiatives in place, Kullagergrossisten is a rough diamond with great opportunities ahead, and we are now seeking the person to drive it. About the Role As store manager, you are responsible for daily operations and lead a small team. You have a key role in the company and are given significant authority to drive, develop, and improve operations while ensuring high quality in customer service, order handling, retail, and support. You report directly to the company owner and become an important part of Kullagergrossisten's continued development. This is a full-time position. Your Responsibilities Full responsibility for daily operations Lead, prioritize, and distribute work within the team Personnel responsibility as well as responsibility for staffing and work environment Ensure high service and quality standards Develop routines, processes, and ways of working Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies Follow up on operational results and relevant key metrics An Operational Management Role This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to operations. In a smaller company, we help each other where the need is greatest, which means you also work operatively when the situation requires it. This might include: Assisting customers in the store Working with customer service via phone and email Handling orders, goods receipt, and logistics Supporting the team during periods of high workload We are Looking for You Who Are self-driven, responsible, and decisive Enjoy personnel responsibility and leading others Are stress-resilient and juggle multiple tasks in customer situations Have a structured and action-oriented work approach Are unpretentious and enjoy working collaboratively with the team Have strong ability to prioritize and create order Are business-minded and see opportunities for development and improvement Are technically inclined Experience from retail, e-commerce, warehouse/logistics, customer service, or similar operations is advantageous.
