As Service Manager, you'll have a central role in the business, where you're responsible for daily operations while actively working with personnel, customers, finances, and the business's continued development. We're looking for someone with a mechanical background and practical workshop experience, but who also has an interest and understanding of finances, administration, and business operations. About the Role As Service Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring the workshop functions efficiently and develops in the right direction. You plan and structure daily work, follow up on results and key metrics, and ensure that customers and employees have the right conditions to succeed. You'll have personnel responsibility and be a present leader who creates engagement, clarity, and structure in day-to-day operations. At the same time, you need a business perspective and the ability to monitor the business's finances and results. The role includes, among other things: - Lead and develop daily workshop operations - Have personnel responsibility and be a present and clear leader - Plan, structure, and allocate daily work - Follow up on finances, results, and relevant key metrics - Ensure that operations achieve set goals - Actively work with customer relations, service, and satisfaction - Manage and follow up on spare parts and spare parts flows - Ensure quality, work environment, and safety in operations - Develop work methods and processes for a more efficient workshop - Identify areas for improvement and drive the business forward - Be an important part of the company's continued development and growth You'll be a vital person in operations and are expected to take responsibility for the whole—from personnel and customers to finances, quality, and daily operations. We're Looking for You If We believe you have several years of experience in the automotive or workshop industry and a good understanding of how a workshop functions in practice. To succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you have: - Mechanical background and practical workshop experience - Experience with spare parts and spare parts management - Administrative experience - Experience with finances and financial follow-up - Ability to follow up on results, key metrics, and business development - Experience with personnel responsibility and leadership - Ability to plan and structure daily work - Clear customer focus and ability to build good customer relations - Willingness and ability to take responsibility for workshop results and development - Understanding of work environment, quality, and safety - Good computer skills - Strong drive, responsibility, and ability to make decisions Meritorious It's an advantage if you also have experience or knowledge in: - Alcohol interlocks - Vehicle electronics - Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting - Managing a workshop or similar operations - Workshop systems - Sales and active customer engagement - Relevant education in vehicles or technology Who Are You?
