Operations and Maintenance is a part of Peab Construction, and we operate throughout Sweden. We care for and create parks, keep traffic free from obstacles, maintain bathing areas, playgrounds, locks and harbors, clean, sweep sand and shovel snow. Our customers are in the public sector as well as among private property management companies and housing associations. Job Responsibilities As a Site Manager, you have a central leadership role in our projects. You participate from the estimation phase, continue into production, and have both personnel responsibility and workplace safety responsibility. As a Site Manager, you lead and develop the project and your employees to achieve set goals and create a safe and secure workplace. To succeed in the role, we see that you: Are a confident and clear leader Have a solution-oriented approach Build trust through your communication and collaboration style Want to develop – both in your role and together with the team We are looking for you who have: Post-secondary education in gardening/landscape engineering You have previous experience from similar tasks in a leading position, such as Site Manager or work supervisor, within the industry. You have experience from contracts within external property maintenance and park management Experience from construction work as well as work with operations and maintenance of roads and winter road maintenance is a merit. You have good computer skills and are used to working administratively in various systems. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have a B-class driver's license. Since work constantly changes, it requires that you are flexible and solution-oriented and easily adapt to changed circumstances, while keeping the client and end customer in focus for the service we deliver. Since the work also involves extensive contact with various stakeholders, you are communicative and have an easy time collaborating, while you are unpretentious and make a professional impression and have an easy time building trust. Furthermore, you are a curious person who is not afraid to take on new challenges. Additional Information On-call duties are included as part of the position. Start: By agreement.
