As a Store Manager, you are responsible for operations, personnel, and results at your store. You work actively with your team members to create a fantastic workplace and a positive customer experience. You have a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with both customers and employees. As a Store Manager, your days are varied, but important parts of the role include: Leadership: Being able to lead and inspire employees and communicate professionally with customers and suppliers. Presence: Being part of the team, working operatively in the store with your employees, and leading by example. Responsibility: Planning and managing challenges both short and long term, and developing both the store and your employees. Business Acumen: Having knowledge of sales reporting, follow-up, and budgeting to ensure profitability. We're looking for someone with previous management experience where you feel confident leading others and developing the store's local operations. If you also have experience in a leadership position within retail and/or experience in sales, operations, and P&L responsibility, that's a plus. To be a fit, you also need strong skills in Swedish and English as well as a valid driver's license. Who are you? We're looking for someone who is social and relationship-focused. You value close collaboration with both customers and employees. We also see that you have a sales drive where you're motivated to develop the store. It's also important that you enjoy a varied workday where things are constantly happening. You like to organize and create routines based on what works best locally. About the position and process The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of six months. Working hours include evenings and weekends.
