As a Store Manager, you are responsible for operations, staff, and results at your store. You work actively with your employees to create a fantastic workplace and a positive customer experience. You have a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with both customers and employees. As a Store Manager, your day-to-day work is varied, but key responsibilities include: Leadership: Able to lead and inspire employees and communicate professionally with customers and suppliers. Presence: Be part of the team, work operatively in the store with your employees, and lead by example. Responsibility: Plan and manage challenges both short and long term, and develop both the store and your employees. Business Focus: Have knowledge of sales reporting, follow-up, and budgeting to ensure profitability. Qualifications We're looking for someone with previous leadership experience, where you feel confident leading others and developing the local store operations. If you also have experience in a management position in retail and/or experience in sales, operations, and results responsibility, that's a plus. To be considered, you must also have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as a valid driver's license. Who are you? We're looking for someone who is social and relationship-oriented. You value close collaboration with both customers and employees. We also see that you have a sales-driven nature where you're motivated to develop the store. It's also important that you thrive in a varied daily environment where things are constantly happening. You enjoy establishing structure and creating routines based on what works best locally. About the position and process This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of six months. Working hours include evenings and weekends.
