Core competencies include cast-in-place concrete structures, structural planning, and infrastructure work for industrial, commercial, and public projects. About the Position As a work manager, you are responsible for 2 to 4 projects in parallel depending on size. You support site managers in their daily work and monitor that projects maintain the right level in terms of economics, time, and quality. You will, among other things: • Lead and support site managers in their projects • Monitor project economics and forecasts • Ensure that schedules are maintained • Plan resources and staffing • Participate in estimation and follow-up work • Assist in recruitment • Participate in financial meetings • Ensure structure and documentation • Conduct site visits as needed What We Offer Freedom with Responsibility: A culture where employees are given great responsibility and freedom in their work. We Are Looking for You You are a clear and responsible leader with drive and a good ability to prioritize correctly in projects. We are looking for you with several years of experience in a leadership role within construction and/or infrastructure, with a good understanding of production logic, contract types, and project execution in classic construction and infrastructure companies. You don't necessarily need to have worked with concrete or infrastructure projects, but have a background that enables you to quickly work in that type of operation. Experience from a leadership position, such as site manager, project manager, work manager, estimation manager, or equivalent, is advantageous. • Have driven projects with responsibility for economics, schedule, and production • Have good understanding of economics and results • Have good knowledge of contract law and use AB 04/ABT 06 as an active tool in projects • Are confident in handling change order issues in dialogue with the client and engineer Additional Information Start Date: By Agreement Scope: Full-time Location: Luleå and surrounding area Submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are ongoing.
