Store Manager needed for MECA Trollhättan

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual ready to take on the challenge of Store Manager for our express warehouse in Trollhättan. As Store Manager, you will have a key role in driving and developing the express warehouse to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. We are seeking someone who is motivated by building relationships to create new business opportunities and who always puts the customer first. You are the heart of the organization, working in daily operations and driven to develop yourself and your closest team members together as a team to achieve success with the support of the Regional Manager and several central support functions. As Store Manager, you have primary responsibility for developing the local business at the location and contributing to and optimizing the overall business. You have overall responsibility for the store and report to the Regional Manager. Role Responsibilities Budget and profit responsibility for the store Personnel responsibility Maintain existing and create new customer relationships Develop and implement local marketing activities Quality, environment and work environment responsibility for the store Create action plans based on established central and local goals and implement related activities Streamline the express warehouse's goods flow to the region's workshops We are looking for someone with a few years of industry experience. You have good organizational skills and a sense for financial assessments. You are humble and work as part of the team. As a person you are communicative, business-oriented, structured, service-minded and self-driven. It is advantageous if you have experience with heavy vehicles. We assume that you are an experienced computer user. A valid driver's license is a requirement.
