Being a Clinic Manager at Smile
As a clinic manager, you have overall responsibility for the clinic in Åre. You are responsible for personnel, results, business development, and daily operations. You lead a team of five employees and work simultaneously in a clinical capacity as a dental nurse or dental hygienist.
You coach and develop employees with the goal of creating high engagement and good results. Together, you work to achieve the clinic's goals and identify new opportunities for continued development and growth.
You report to Regional Manager Mats Kvarnberg and are part of the region's management team.
Examples of work tasks
Work clinically as a dental nurse or dental hygienist
Lead and allocate daily work
Take responsibility for staffing and scheduling
Plan, lead, and develop the business
Coach, train, and follow up with employees
Conduct employee and salary reviews
Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Work with budget, results, and business planning
Follow up on important KPIs such as NPS, turnover, and profitability
Handle customer matters according to applicable procedures
Drive improvement and development initiatives locally and within the region

Clinical dental care background
Previous management experience or leadership training
Good knowledge of Swedish
Employment Type
We offer a permanent full-time position (100%) that begins with a probationary period.
We work with ongoing selection, which means the position can be filled before the final application deadline.
