About the Position As Depot Manager, you are responsible for all operations at the depot. You allocate resources and lead and distribute daily work. The role requires that you can make independent decisions and you will have significant responsibility, but also great freedom to influence the development of the operations. You have result responsibility for the depot and are responsible for: Developing existing customer relationships and creating new business opportunities Driving sales and contributing to the depot's growth and profitability Identifying customer needs and establishing long-term business partnerships Strengthening Ramudden's position in the local market Promoting collaboration with other depots in the region and group In your work, you have support from a network of people and functions within Ramudden. You report to the Regional Manager. The position is a permanent employment with placement in Skellefteå. About You We are looking for someone who is a confident and business-driven leader. To succeed in the role, we would appreciate if you have local connections and previous experience as a leader. You should have a basic understanding of business economics and good administrative skills. We consider it advantageous if you come from the construction and engineering industry or similar. As a person, you are engaged, results-focused, and enjoy working in a team. Since daily work involves extensive contact with various stakeholders, you need high social competence and an ability to collaborate. You have a B-class driver's license and excellent Swedish communication skills, both spoken and written, and you speak English as it is our group language.
