You will become part of a geographically dispersed unit, 7903 – East/North, with offices in Norrköping, Stockholm/Bro, and Örnsköldsvik. We are seeking a site manager – based in Bro – who wants to be part of developing both our projects and our team. The unit is led by Work Manager Mikael Löfgren – a present, attentive, and engaged leader with a big heart. Mikael is highly appreciated by his colleagues and believes in giving his site managers significant responsibility and authority in projects while encouraging their own initiatives and ideas. With a focus on both business and people, he creates the right conditions for you to succeed – and develop together with the team. Your Role as Site Manager As site manager, you are the heart of the project – from planning to completion. You lead a skilled team and are responsible for finances, quality, work environment, and customer relations. You drive projects forward with both structure and engagement, often managing several in parallel within the region. You will come to a workplace where community, humor, and well-being are just as important as technical competence. Your Responsibilities Lead and allocate work in projects – both your own staff and subcontractors Manage project finances, schedules, and resources Ensure quality, environment, work environment, and safety Create and develop good customer relations and identify business opportunities Participate in construction meetings and hold site meetings Who Are You? We are looking for someone with: Post-secondary technical education in civil engineering or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience as a site manager in foundation or construction work Good knowledge of construction law and economics Ability to lead, inspire, and develop your team Driver's license category B and access to a vehicle Good Swedish in speech and writing Projects may sometimes be located outside the immediate area, which means you need to be able to travel and stay overnight in other locations during the week, usually Monday through Thursday. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your leadership.
